Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from UNC–Charlotte. Before starting his bookkeeping practice, he spent twelve years in public education — nine of those as a licensed math teacher in North Carolina.
He is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and holds additional certifications from the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB) in Bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online, and Accounting Analytics.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Sommer, and their four children — Isaiah, Lydia, Julia, and Josiah. He also enjoys reading, writing, and running.
